Cancellation policy: On all cancellations we charge a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee per unit reserved. In the event you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for holidays and special events). Cancellations not received before 14 days prior to the reservation require a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. Any reservation made within 14 days prior to arrival requires a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. In order to hold a reservation for more than 30 days we require a 1 night non-refundable deposit per unit reserved.
