8 units (5 one-bedroom cabins, 1 two-bedroom cabin and 2 suites) plus owners/innkeepers home with knock-down gorgeous views of Beaver Lake in the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
There is room to add another cottage on the existing acreage. We have optional acreage to expand about 4 more cottages on an adjacent ridge if desired (priced separately). Our existing cottages cater to the honeymoon and romantic get-away market, and the adjacent ridge would be perfect for family cabins (we currently refer family business to others we network with).
